These are all of the (mostly) healthy recipes that I have posted in 2022, categorized by food type.

When I look at a list like this, I sometimes become overwhelmed and do nothing with it. I’d like to encourage you to pick one recipe in any category and try it this week.
Next week, you could come back and try another. It’s a great way to add some variety to the foods you make on a regular basis.
