High Fiber Recipes

Fiber is an important component of any healthy diet. It helps keep us “regular” (in terms of our digestive system) and reduces our risk of heart disease, Type 2 diabetes and cancer.

Partly, this is due to the fact that high fiber foods are unprocessed and high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. As a bonus, many of them taste great as well.
